Mr. William Lee Ranill has practiced in the Sun Valley area of Idaho for over 24 years. The emphasis of his practice has been in the area of income tax, business administration, real estate, contract law and financial accounting. For several years he has been of counsel to large national law firms that practice in the areas of loss mitigation, foreclosure defense and debt resolution. Prior to commencing the practice of law, he was an accountant for fifteen years, several of those years with Certified Public Accounting firms. For the last three years he has also served as a commissioner on the Blaine County Planning and Zoning Commission. He attended undergraduate and graduate school at the University of Utah and attended law school at California Western School of Law located in San Diego, California. In law school he received the Faculty Award in Partnership Taxation.
