After graduating from Wake Forest School of Law, Mr. Randall Perry joined one of the finest law firms in the state of North Carolina. While there, he gained extensive experience in real estate, foreclosure, and title law. Later, Mr. Perry left that firm and moved his practice to Winston-Salem, where he formed The Law Offices of Randall L. Perry, PLLC. Mr. Perry focuses his practice on transactional law, including real estate, estate planning, and business law. He has represented over a thousand homeowners in purchasing or refinancing their property. He also represents homebuilders and developers in the acquisition and development of new land for residential and commercial properties. Mr. Perry also represents homeowners facing foreclosure to help them navigate the process, defend against improper foreclosures, and help when possible to negotiate with the lender to help the homeowner keep their home. Originally from the North Bay Area of California, Mr. Perry and his wife have called North Carolina their home for over 13 years.
