After graduating from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1995 with an emphasis in criminal law, Ms. Liane Inkster spent the next 9 years working as a prosecutor where she handled cases of all types, from DUII to Aggravated Murder. From 2002 to 2007, Ms. Inkster worked at the University of Oregon School of Law as Assistant Dean for Student Affairs. While there, she created a Forensic Science in the Courtroom course that was extremely popular as well as a Bar Study Course. In 2007 she returned to the practice of law, this time on the civil side. Her emphasis was on all types of litigation matters, with a specialty in employment law. In 2014, Ms. Inkster began a private practice, focusing on the areas of law that she most enjoys: litigation of all types, employment law, administrative law and discrimination/civil rights violations. Ms. Inkster is a member of the Oregon State Bar, and is licensed to practice law in Oregon, federal court, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Inkster enjoys CrossFit, adventure races, exploring new places with her two dogs, cooking, and trying to keep up with her twin sons.
